Watched it few hours ago, and as samer said...akh ya albe! simply stunning movie!
once upon a time there was a boy that was born to make a change in this cruel world of mortals. this boy became a man and this man became old and died. thats about it..

It's a really good movie, yet another eye-candy for the people who are into the following:
* Angelina Jolie
* The Matrix
* Lots of camera movements
* Guns and bullets
* Assassination
This movie is such a copy of the matrix, and has the action that comes from XXX. Something that EVERYONE (especially guys) cream their pants on! And of course, not to forget, Mrs. Jolie, that spoke discretely in the movie while the camera zoomed in into her lips.
I find this movie very cliche that easily satisfies today's cinema viewers.

^Actually its kind of different than the matrix, its a more complex story board, you dont understand anything of whats going on for like 30 mins of the movie in the beginning, in a way hes dreaming but in reality and what not...very wicked way...im not going to ruin the details for those who havent watched it...
Its not cliche because the story behind it is soo twisted! lovely !

Yes it IS cliche because of the style of the story with the action is very typical of so many other action movies. It IS like the Matrix because

It's very much like how Neo started, and then someone trained him to become part of something that has so much power. You'll see how part 2 will turn out to be when it's out. then there's this thing that everyone mysteriously believes in, just like the Matrix.
Hot chick + Amazing understandable power + guns + new (well not really) camera angles and moves ... That's the Matrix right there!!
The killing + the chases and action has XXX written all over it!!
Like I said, it's almost like a replica and a merge of both the matrix and xxx in a different and somewhat "twisted" storyline with a weird power that wasn't really explained.
I would give this movie 6 out of 10.

Crow stop wining like a lil boy who lost his cookie! 
the Russian director actually did a very good job in twisting the story of an action movie (all of which almost look alike..) into a somehow unexpected storyline with a clear message for everyone's life.. something that many movies lack!
oh and do i sense a hint of complain about focusing on angie's lips?! got a problem with that?!

Personally I think its similar to Max Payne (The game) and probably the movie (which will be released Oct. 2008). Bullet motion pictures and action much MUCH advanced than XXX. Jumping from bridge with parachute is nothing to spinning your car 360 degrees in the air to commit the assassination through the roof opening. I didnt see Vin Diesel shoot a curved bullet like Roberto Carlos shoots a curved ball. It has its flavor and style. The degree of imagination is unbelievably high so it is expected to have critics.
Anyways until part 2 or MAX PAYNE ta ta
