Streaming consumes a lot of bandwidth generally speaking..
but you gotta take 2 factors in consideration,how long are you streaming daily and the streaming quality factor 48,96,192 etc.
Example: 64Kbps it will consume 28MB

Yes it affects. I have 1MB/s from Cyberia, 5GB upload and 5GB download every month. It becomes unlimited from 11pm to 7am every day. Unfortunately it doesn't allow me to listen to di.fm or ah.fm as much as i'd like to. This is why i had to be selective and choose a couple of shows... one of them is ASOT and the other one can be any from ah.fm just to save the space i get... Another part is the price

Some ISPS/Institution,private networks (Schools,hospitals) or work networks block live streaming.
