Yes Wise indeed sucks i have a friend that's always suffering from their lame service.
I had a bad experience with Ogero's ADSL, they manipulate the usage charts (at least during the last minister's period.) u won't get a fixed speed either and they don't allow unlimited bandwidth, i did some questioning asking why and i got told that it's limited so people don't use VOIP and abandon making 'phone to phone' phone Calls which will have the ministry of communications broke in no time..oh the irony of this country, ADSL almost everywhere is meant to be Unlimited because it's main purpose is taking full advantage of the internet at high speed but the limited bandwidth eliminates all the fun, they put a twist in everything don't they.
Sodetel is the way to go although i don't deal with them (Ogero applies a 1 month period penalty if u abandon them and you can't switch to other phone line ADSL vendor unless that period is over, the motherF*** got me broke in 2 months with the limited internet shit!)Sodetel team is very professional and worth a try.
i think that all the Lebanese ISPs offer the same package (with tiny differences maybe).
