I can't login to my msn on the pc since almost one week and every time the same error message appears: 8100030d.
I did what is asked on this page:

But it didn't help at all. I also tried by deleting and reinstalling, also nothing... However i can login with my second e-mail on hotmail. One more thing, there is no problem at all on the laptop with the first and second e-mail.
Anyone has any idea what to do to get rid of that annoying problem???

Hopefully you have a firewall enabled, somehow you're system has been 'owned'. There are a few logs, when you install & log into your MSN, that note down the email address & password (especially when you say "save & remember me" or something).
The worm that entered your system managed to run that log and block your msn by 'reporting' the email address to MSN. You'll have to email them bro.
