oh yeah one more thing: try reinstalling driver before pluging in sound card. some recommend that technique

you should be able to test your speakers with a special tool that gets installed with your Creative CD, if the test failed then most propably you need to recheck the wiring of your cables and the configs of your subwoofer. Once you make sure they're properly plugged then if the problem presists uninstall any audio software that might be resident in memory and only enable the SB tools..

i did the diagnostics test, and it gave out a perfect result!! so i guess it's either another audio software, or it's the sound system!! the thing is that i can't find that software if it exists!! anyway, i'm gettin a new sound system from dubai in shee 5 days.....then i'll know what's gonna happen
