If you haven't yet ticked off the second Tuesday of every month on your
calendar, then this is the time for it. Global Trance Grooves continues to leave
fans in awe, and whereas last month's 2-hour mix had the expected
devastating effects from the legend John 00 Fleming, this month's fell nowhere
beneath the expectations.
This month's edition is progressive, dark, and edgy. The first hour was kept
on a down tempo to leave room for Protoculture blasting off in the second
hour.
John's definition of down tempo, though, is a thundering hammery progressive
that is guaranteed to blow your ears off - so don't let the psychedelic absence
(though not completely) from his set, turn you off. A superbly done mix by
John not to be missed! One thing to be known, excellency is never in
question with this man - and as the show's moto says:
Licenced to Move You.
Protoculture, on the other hand, expectedly ripped it up. An excellently
compiled one-hour set by the South African featuring the latest from his
studio as well as unreleased beauties of which he's been dropping off
around in his sets.
