ummm guys, there is no right or wrong way here.
u can look at things from 2 perspectives:
1: it's a mourning period now, it's not the proper mood to party.
2: life must go on. people must move on. if they don't, then those are doing these crimes are succeeding; after all, all they want is to paralyze our lives and our country...
the only reason i'm mentioning this is because i get the impression that some people want to go out but are feeling guilty about it.
again, there's no right or wrong way to act here. feel free to act in whichever way u feel is best...
