DJ, remixer, producer.: Ferry Corsten has been a mainstay on the dance music scene for over 13 years. His very first Trance track "Don't Be Afraid" cracked the British singles chart in 1996 and since then his composing and remixing talents have been in constant high demand.
As a DJ, Ferry came into his own when asked by Ministry of Sound to mix their Trance Nation compilations. These CDs became some of the best-selling dance collections in the UK and even reached Platinum sales status. In his quest of spreading his unique sublime sound to music lovers worldwide. Ferry Corsten has gained not only respect in the music industry he has built around him but in similar musical genres as well. Since Then, Ferry Corsten is the only electronic dance music artist to achieve the highest number of dance singles in the UK charts and currently has 10 gold singles in his studio.
Ferry Corsten has been nominated and has a won numerous awards in the past few years. He has been elected as 'Producer of the Year' during the Ericsson Muzik Awards in London (1999), In 2000 he was awarded Muzik Magazine's "Producer of the Year" & at the Dancestar Awards he was presented with the "Best Remix" award He got awarded the prestigious Silver Harp award for his outstanding contributions made to dutch dance music. And was nominated in 2004 at the Miami Music Conference for best International Dj and Best Compilation and Best National DJ and Best Video for the TMF (Dutch MTV) Awards in the Netherlands (2004). In September 2004 Ferry Corsten's latest mixcompilation 'Infinite Euphoria' was nominated for 'Best Compilation' in the 'Mixmag Dance Music Awards'. In this same month , Duran Duran and Sony Music have commissioned Ferry Corsten to remix their newest single "Sunrise" He is currently listed at number 4 on Uk's DJ magazine (2005) and number 4 on America's BPM magazine (2004). Since then, he's consistently traveled around the Europe, America, and Asia every year averaging about 130 performances around the globe.

For the 1st time ever, the indoor roof terrace of BIEL will be transformed to a mega-club featuring a blasting sound system, lighting and special effects, laser shows, special live VJ animation, and a lot of trippy surprises.
