West London’s finest, Shapeshifters, have announced the release of their second single, ‘Back To Basics’. The hotly tipped UK dance band came to worldwide attention last summer, via the phenomenal success of their debut track, ‘Lola’s Theme’ and the universally acclaimed mix album, Shapeshifters present House Grooves. Both enjoyed unanimous support from across the spectrum - underground house DJs through to mainstream press, radio and TV stations, and the public, who took the band to their hearts and propelled the single to No.1.
The past 6 months has seen them rock dancefloors from Cream to Red Light and AKA/The End, with several international tours thrown in for good measure, not forgetting festivals in Australia that saw them playing to crowds of over 10,000 people.
