Very true, defining the new standards. This new Traktor is simply divine, but the real groundbreaking story comming from yesterday that Serato have teamed up with Ableton!! We are about to embark upon some extremly exciting times indeed!

Well, I'm just not thaaat comfortable with Ableton's "One track view" thing. Wish we could view both (or more than one of) the tracks waveforms at the same time. And ... the font's quite big and clear, while on Ableton ... its quite small. Those are actually the only reasons for now.
We'll see, gonna wait for Ableton's update ... Live 8.

Mate, I've been using Ableton for a while now. If you go to the 'horizontal' mode ... as in, Sequencer mode ... you'll be working a totally different manner.
Anyway, Ableton is designed as a DAW as well, so I guess getting the design right would have to take some thinking and they've done a hell of a good job anyway. Just wish they had a dual screen support (as in, not one window over two screens ... two independant windows).
