What's been your biggest achievement of the year?

This whole year is getting more massive by the day... Trance Energy, Gatecrasher's 15th b-day, ministry of sound coming up, ALOT of flights to everywhere... massive ! My records do absolutly great cannot wish for anything better. So this whole year has been 1 big achievement if you ask me. And i'm proud to announce that as of now i am an Ambassador for Dance 4 Life !! They approached us and asked if i was interested to get involved and i did not had to think twice !

What moments will you never forget?

Just recently i decided to take all mathers in to my own hands. I left my bookings agency who supported me for the past 1,5 years and started our own one, Riel Management which handles my bookings in coorperation with Spinnin Entertainment. I've taken on a PR Manager and have got Spinnin' Records taking care of all music related stuff. SO the moment i made the decision to change everything around for my own is a day i will never forget. You let some people down you care about, but on the other hand you gain so much more than that you can imagine. I've had a hard time taking that step but eventually i did it. I always try to see everything positive instead of negative. Negativity wont get you anywhere in this life.

Who's been your favourite newcomer of the year?

well Arnej isn't quite new but he does impress me with his stuff !!

Who's been the artist of the year for you?

This year, Sander van Doorn for Riel !!!, this guy delivers quality non stop. I just love his style and his way of approaching music.

What's been your favourite label of the year?

Spinnin' Records obviously, Black Hole Recordings is also on fire and Be Your Self music is delivering some heavy stuff aswell.

What do you think has been the best track of the year?

Sia - The Girl you lost to cocaine ( sander van doorn remix )rnrnrn

What's been your favourite event of the year?

I'd say Live Energy Festival In Kiev, The Church in Denver was packed and massive aswell, Trance Energy, The ISOS event i did with Tiesto in august..uhm they all have something different to 'em.. every gig has it's own vibe.Well that's what i think.rnrn

What's the funniest thing that's happened to you?

Me and Bolier where doing a few gigs. So on the first night in the club this one person just wouldn't leave me alone.. i mean i talk to everybody but at 1 point the person kept on talking and following me around everywhere i went... even towards the toilets !! so eventually i asked the promoter like, dude get me out of here and he took us to late after gig dinner which i like alot btw !! came there.. he had taken the person along with him HAHA just to mess around with me.. i stayed nice and eventually it was all cool again. everybody was laughing.. nice ha !rnLeon laughed hard aswell, but Leon ate a green pepper at 1 point thinking he could handle it... his mouth was on fire for 30 minutes !!! well deserved haha..what comes around goes around \o/ rnrnSO we travelled to the next country the next day,arrived there and the island lost it's electricity... nice eventually we went to the club, and we played and had a massive time. After that we where taken to the airport right away to fly back to NL trough Itanbul. Me and Leon in the back and i thaught Leon broke some wind.. i smelled a fart. So i asked him like.. dude did you fart? he was like no way man and i was like yeah you did you a-hole... that continued for 15 minutes... so later i found out that they had just sprayed the fields with fertilizer HHAHAHA.. and i was bashing leon for it thinking he farted.rnAnyway, so we flew to Istanbul, and we both fell a sleep in front of the burger king cause we had to wait 6 hours for the connecting flight to Amsterdam. Leon was lying on the floor, i dropped myself on a table next to him and people looked at us if we where homeless. hahah.. i was surprised we didn't find any spare change next to us on the floor when we woke up. rnI'll bet we made good music there snoring the hell out of it \o/ rnrnThat was a funny weekender with Bolier... we always have fun when we travell together.rnrnrn

What do you have planned for the next year?

Well i'm planning my first album at this moment, so that's definatly going to happen and that means even more studio as now. rnTravell my ass of a cross the globe and play alot and doing work for Dance 4 Life on a global level.rnI plan to enjoy it all more then i have in the past year if that is possible.
