Yes for sure the the flag was planned before because Tiesto and his manager knew that there is going to be a person jumping among the crowd with the lebanese flag and thus tiesto planned to hold it on adagio for strings. Maybe it was planned when he created/remixed barber's adagio?? What do you think?
