I don't see anything catchy in the flyer (actually it's not clear and it's a bit satiated, all people need to know is who, what, where, and when, no one cares about the quotation that you include, it's not like he's Aristotle or something) but that does not matter too much, it's the man who is coming that counts.
Don't get me wrong, the design per se is great, but for a massive publicity campaign, it's just too much. It should be simple and informative, this one is hardly any of the two.
