Seen them twice but this was before their 'George is on' album... They were
excellent back then.
Unfortunately, they'll be on a George is On album tour in lebanon. Now, the
album was terrible - I just hope that for a change they'll play a bit of their
good diverse sound and not that much of George is On.
Ali & Sharam have had great days (and still do imo) but with George is On,
they dropped their sound's quality - it's gone commercial, but I won't rush
into conclusions and imature judgements because I haven't seen them for 2
years - they might still have it with or without a George is On tour.
Prefer Sharam's music more than Ali's - it's a bit edgier and faster than
Ali's which is why Ali plays before Sharam - sort of warms up for him with
more of a sexy sleezy house style, Sharam then goes harder from there
on.
Hope it'll be good for you guys and will be eager to read the review to see
what have they turned into.
