Dance Industry To Meet In Amsterdam In October
Over 300 DJs and acts are expected to perform at the upcoming Amsterdam Dance Event, held from 27 - 29 October.
This year will be the tenth anniversary of the A.D.E., and its organisers hope to attract up to 40,000 attendees.
"The A.D.E. is not just as a festival, it's a platform for the entire dance scene," said General Manager Richard Zijlma.
"That's why so many prominent labels, agencies, festivals, managers, DJs and artists come to Amsterdam to present themselves each year."
A wealth of important figures will give speeches at this year's Amsterdam Dance Event.
The managers of major dance acts and DJs such as Paul Van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Roger Sanchez, Orbital, The Chemical Brothers, Jeff Mills, Derrick May, and Tiësto, will deliver keynote speeches, something that the organisers consider as a huge networking opportunity.
Artists appearing at the event include big name techno, house, and trance DJs such as Armin van Buuren, Dave Clarke, Ferry Corsten, DJ Dimitri, DJ Sneak, Laidback Luke, and Ferry Corsten.
Over 30 nightclubs and venues across The Netherlands will be holding A.D.E. parties.
