Superstar DJ Paul Van Dyk is putting his money where his record bag is and hosting a dance party in Texas next month to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. "I'm going to be DJing in the States in three weeks time and of course the first thing I did when I saw the scale of the disaster was get in contact with my people in the States to hook up with the Red Cross," says Paul. "We're going to be collecting money and I'll be donating a large part of my fee and we're also planning a special extra benefit show in Houston itself where a lot of the people were transported to." It seems that DJs are becoming a pretty politically conscious bunch these days. Good on ya Paul for helping to plug the Dyk.
