Swedish producer (and Trance.nu member!) Joni Ljungqvist has some nice news for us on his upcoming releases!


Lots of new signings:

After the hit with "LNQ - People I Used To Know" on Gesture Music label
Remark, the follow-up called "Tired" has been signed as well, more information will be revealed later.

And after the good response from "Ljungqvist - Explanations" on Bonzai Music, Joni has now signed the follow up called "Nella" to Bonzai.
Release date is yet to be confirmed, but the release will contain the original mix, a JPL remix by himself, and an alternative yet great remix from Bonzai-artist Latigidi.

Besides that, the follow up to "JPL - A Place Called Home" (which was also included on Ferry Corsten's "Passport: The Kingdom Of The Netherlands"!) called "Ilmola" has been signed to E-TCR. This release will besides the stunning original mix, also contain remixes from no one other than Leon Bolier and Antidote!

Also, a few new projects have been started. The progressive monster "Joni - Things I Never Tell You" has been signed to Connected Music, and will be released on their progressive side of the label.

"Joni presents The Illustrator - Painting My Dreams" has been signed
to Real Music Recordings, and will contain a Cressida Remix, and "Joni presents External Art - We Forget" is coming out on German label Dark Noize Recordings where Trance.nu very own Will B stands for the remix.

Joni has also started on some new styles of EDM, first of his techier/harder two tunes called "Fastest Growing State" and "You're The Only Thing That's Left Of Me Here" are gonna be released under Joni presents The Dauntless, on Media Records Germany, as 12", CD5" and a special picturevinyl!

Also the Tiësto supported tune that has been "ID" for a few weeks
now, is called "Green Austronauts" and has a kind of geeky name to it;
"A Boy Called Joni". This one will be signed to Blackhole Recordings, more info to come!

There have also been a few collaborations; Peak (Carl B on Somatic Sense) & JPL - "Mistakes" and "Memories Of You" have been signed to Afterglow Recordings, a new Bakke & Ljungqvist has been finished and an interesting collab with Sunquest has been made.

Remixes:
Joni has also made some LNQ-remixes lately for Mark Thornton - Now You See (on E-TCR) and Latigidi's new tune on Bonzai, called "It's Time".
And the Ljungqvist-remix for "Shimmer" on Enhanced Progressive will
be released later this year.
Joni is also busy doing alot of other remixes at the moment!
