if anyone has trouble with the software, let me know... but the easiest way to do it is to choose the middle option, the java applet.. choose microsoft, a pop-up will appear from "wakenet ab", click ok / run on that and that enables the java applet and you can choose a download directory, choose the file (liveset) and start download. i pay to remove spyware pop-ups so you shouldn't encounter any of those.
