Oakenfold has been nominated

Oakenfold has been nominated for two of the leading Dance Music Awards

DJ Award Nomination 2006

The 9th Edition of the DJ Awards announced that Paul Oakenfold has been nominated in the Trance category, for this years event which will take place on Thursday 28th September at Pacha, Ibiza.

This category as with 7 other music categories will be chosen by the public voting via their website - Voting has now started – to register your vote for Paul go to:

Voting for the DJ Awards will finish at the end of August

M8 Awards

Oakenfold has also been nominated in two categories for the UK Dance publication M8 Magazine – Best Ibiza Trance DJ and Ibiza Legend Award - people can either vote online ot if in the UK via text:

While I worshipped the ground he walked on in the 90s, Oakenfold has far surpassed the time for retirement and is just continuously embarrassing himself. Where's the link for petition to sign for him to quit? I'll sign immediately!
