While my head is still spinning and my whole body is aching me .. from 11 pm till 7 am Dancing jumping up and down to the one and only Hernan Catteneo ... i still managed to reach the keyboard and write for u guys this review ....

Lets Start :

Location : Forum de Beyrouth

The stage : Its the 1st time i see such designed stage in leb .. loved the pyramid .. loved the way lazers and lights were located .. very proffesional job ... the only bad thing about the stage in the location of the vip sections .. which was isolated from everything .. light and sound ..

The sound : started in a bad way ... (hernan intro was veryyyyy annoying) later on the sound started to become much better and it reached the peak of perfection in the 1st half an hour of Hernan set .. The vip section as i said .. u can hear nothing .. u can only watch .. and be a lebanese clubber (hold the vodka in a hand and wave with the other one)

The Djs : Ceasar K ... what can i say about this guy ... amazing .. loved his transitions and mixing skills .. the guy is a phenomena

Hernan Catteneo : WoW .. loved his ups and downs .. his way of swinging between House genres ... the 7th in the world YES he is .... he gave such an awesome set .. that drove people crazy .. a mixture of Funky/electro/tech/prog house .... he plays in a way that differs him from other djs ... thats why he is one and only

Abdul ... stayed for a half hr of his set .. i heard many things about him .. he is not only a dj he is also a producer .. loves his intro .. too bad i couldnt stay longer .. ill c him in another event soon ...

The Crowd : the one and only TH'erz which without them there no taste of raving .. being among them is something beyond satisfaction ... its a way that we all bond to share something that we all love ... c u @ Carl Cox


After Party @ X-OM : i arrived there @ 5 am left @ 7am ... i catched up some of Gi and Special_k set .. loved there skills .. yet lack of experience in mixing and transitions ... anyhow loved their selection of tracks

Gunther and Stamina ... this amazing duo ... if i start talking about them now .. i wont stop ... amazing set as usual .... loved thier skills on the mixer which drive people crazy ... too bad couldnt stay longer .. maybe cuz i cant stand on my feet anymore

Respect respect respect to dannyb productions and radioone..
Although the part of the forum de beirut reserved for hernan was relatively small, it was more than enough for us to enjoy the great event..
The sound system was great, "great bass level".. Lazers really superberb, lights superb, fireworks suberb and smoke machine usage "professionally limited". (these guys obviously took into consideration mixfm's mistakes and WORKED on fixing them).

Ceasar K did a great job.. excellent warmup set with supeberb electronic beats.. Respect !!


Concerning Hernan's set, it was simply magnificant.. Huge track selection and transition.. In addition, the last half hour of his set was really world class..

As for Dj abdul, too bad i couldnt stay any longer leaving at 4:30..

oh, one last thing, "HOUSE" AROUND THE WORLD !!!

HERNAN oh HERNAN thou shall live 4ever... amazing night indeed.... Hernan tortured our dancing souls he twisted our positive moods he sucked out all our energies and left us with nothin but a state of mind flying on his sounds..... Hernan is soooo talented for a while u think he is coolin u down and u find urself suddenly relaxed u think u hav no more energy to give.. suddenly he boosts his sound and u find ur body responding to the speakers and not ur mind...... lots of interesting fire blowers dancers performers.... they say >> environment is the most important factor for a humans behavior... well hernan successfully created the environment and forced us to behave on his music.. ONE word for Danny b >> Good job .......... well organized event. better security.... Best sound system iv ever heard in Lebanon .... very cool laser and firwork shows I Cant COMMENT about THE laser SHOW becuz my pictures will speak a 10000000 words.....One crazy TALENTED MERCILESS Dj .. Energetic Crowd... CREATIVE performers... what an amazing night and set the setup was unique i liked the pyramid shape excellent sound not bassy finally unlike others the best one was the smoke machines they were held upwards not towards the crowd the air was clean and vantilated the dj booth wasn't hight like effel tower everything was perfect it was clear that Danny B has got into concideration our reviews and comments 10x man keep it up
it was great raving with u THers c u all @ the next event ... and SUHA where did u dissapear girl ?????? lol

head up for DannyB for this successful night! surely it exceeded my expectations, especially with one most important thing that was very present yesterday.. I think Danny infected almost everyone with his super nice attitude, all the ppl into organization were very nice and sweet, even security FOR THE 1ST TIME were nice to ppl (at least from what i noticed..) which reflected itself on the crowd as well..
As for the gig itself, well i add my voice with the others about how great the setup was, loved the long beautifully decorated bar, the beautiful lights that added a very nice atmosphere to the clubbing experience (as we've been screaming our lungs out to try using lights at events, finally the answer came from DannyB!) eventhough at first some lights were directed at the crowd which may have caused some disturbence, but after a while all went superb!
the only negative point was in fact the VIP section being not well covered with sound as it lacked proper sound distribution and also it was almost impossible to see the DJ..
As for the music, well Ceasar K was literally blasting the speakers! very nice set indeed and much better than hernan's intro who started very very slowly to an almost irritating degree until he got things pumped up and from then on things only got more and more energetic!
For house music, i think hernan did a great job after his 1 hour and i gotta say that i liked his cool attitude while mixing, always checking the crowd while nodding his head slightly with the beat..
finally, too bad couldnt check DJ Abdul as i had to leave early due to having to wake up early in the morning for work hopefully soon i'll get to listen to you Abdul
