Tiesto Live at Alexandra Palace, London

I will not waste my time describing the event because there are no words that could describe such an event. 20,000 people (maybe more) from all over the globe, dancing, singing, jumping...Tiesto!

I would like to say that I really don't know why we lebanese like to say Tiesto is gone and "cheesy" when the number of fights that occured on the door were countless due the high number of people that wanted to enter while the tickets were sold out, some people paid double the price to enter this event... He wasn't commercial at all, he was great. Of course at the end he played all his old songs inluding Flight 643, Adagio, Lethal Industry, Traffic, Love comes again and Faithfulness because it was his only visit to the UK this year. But the first four hours were awesome. I have managed to recognised a classic song: Three Drives - Carrera, such a great track. Tiesto also played In the Dark, Elements of Life and Pirate of the caribean where people went crazy.

For english, germans, dutch, greeks, french, americans, brazilians, argentinians..TIESTO is a king. The difference between us and them is that we deeply like this music and maybe we know more what is going on in the scene, but let's not judge the DJ that was everywhere in the newspapers on Saturday Morning.

He was big for me before, during the golden middle years of Trance (late 90s). Not anymore.

well as always Tiesto's events are just a different experience!! and his tracklists are most of the times one of the best and most updated on the scene (regardless of what some might pretend without having the needed knowledge to criticise..)

As for the productions.. oh well.. to each his/her own opinion.. and for someone like me who barely know anything about trance, i can safely say that his productions are still quality.. and YES past the 90s (since he only produced a couple of tracks before 2000 anyway ) and i got his latest album as a proof

P.S: it seems Trancer1084 is mixing between the start of trance (late 90s) and the golden middle years of trance that didnt start yet since i dont see trance starting to decline at all!! but then again i learned not to argue ideas but facts

I wouldn't mind going to a Tiesto gig, i loved a lot his tracklist and the venue in 2005... it's one night i'll never forget.
It's just that i don't have anymore this enthusiasm i had before when it's about Tiesto
