Lets begin:
I moved from my home @ arround 6 o'clock along with TRAX because we had to cross borders and we heared there were alot of traffic...
We arrived to bahrain at arround 8 o'clcok so we had some time for dinner, and to search for the venue (we didn't know where the Marina club was)
When we finally arrived to the venue it was arround 9:15 and we stayed half an hour searching for a parking (first negative point), and we were actually one of the first people to enter the gig (I wonder what happened with the others, because we parked the car a kilometer away from the gates)
When We entered the Venue the dance floor was aproximately empty and DJ RicardoM was spinning some progressive house tunes. I really liked his warm up set, although it had some uplifting and energetic moments but he well prepared us for PVD.
VIP section: I didn't eaven bothered myself to enter the VIP section, it was sooo pooorrr!! plastic chairs with plastic tables, 50 meters on the left of the DJ, People sitting in the VIP section couldn't eaven see the main stage where the DJ is.
VVIP section: that was hillarious, the VVIP section was arround 200 meters in front or the DJ, the sound hardly reached them, and same problem they couldn't see the stage...
The regulars didn't have any drink

The Venue: HUUUUUGEEEEEE!!! largest venue i've ever seen! arround 300 x 300 meters! It was in the middle of sand surrounded with fences.
Sound system: Again and again same problem in Bahrain too! the Base was much stronger than the Vocals and Melodies, When there were Vocals or Melodies with beats, we could harldy hear them...
The Crowd: 90% males and 10% females

2500 people were expected to be there, but I think there were more than 5000!!!! Honestly!!
The DJBooth wasn't bad at all, some multicolored light above and Below the DJ, with a green lazer on the top and smoke machines on the corners.
PVD: He started his set @ arround 12 o'clock, and he was supposed to finish @ 2, but he played for an extra hour to satisfy his crowd.
I found his set to be average, I expected him to deliver something HUGE, but he somehow dissapointed me with his set!

@ 3 o'clock we couldn't move any longer, He exausted us, He moslty played uplifting tunes with hard Beats, The crowd seemed very happy and they didn't want him to stop his set!

All in All, I had a great time, it was my first gig in 2006, and I actually saw the Number 1 DJ for this year, I met alot of Friends there and some TH and LR memebrs too!
