You resurrected two pre-historic topics dating back from the early days of this forum, topics that revolved around a poll, one in which you vote for your favorite DJ, and the other in which you select your favorite Trance sub-genre. I won't bring the DJ one back up because you simply can't shortlist just ten of the globe's DJs, so treat yourself with this instead:

Vote for your favorite Trance sub-genre then explain why you those this and not that genre!

Ok.. i love proggressive and uplifting trance.
my vote will go for Uplifting Trance because for me, it fits
at any time and any place.

i love proggressive trance because it's more "me". i'm the calm type of
girls so i enjoy listening to something sweet, smooth and not very
energetic! you guys saw me in events many times, i don't really dance, i enjoy listening to the music!

As for the uplifting trance, it's another story! it's a bit more energetic
than the progg but it's still in the normal range for me!
i love it cuz sometimes i feel i need to listen to something more "hyper"
than i am.. so uplifting trance does that for me.. Uplifting is my favorite
genre!!!!

there are SOME psy tracks that i would love to listen to, but not always. it's simply not my type!

TECH BABYYYYY!!

why?

it's able to penetrate your brain faster than progressive trance..
it's more faster than melodic trance..
it's more powerful and more energetic than uplifting trance..
it's as dirty and sick as hard trance..
it can get as trippy as psy trance..

need i say more?..

proggy in the morning: the best way to start ur day. a swift buildup of a proggy sound like kay vs albert or G&D is just what u need !
tech trance to rave on coz it has it all: energy, fast bpm, wicked & dirty ...
i also like to listen to psy on some occasions ... very trippy !

but if i were to choose id go for tech trance !!
