go for the MDRV-700, i have them and they're very good, the Technics
and Pioneers are better but more expensive.

as far as i've heard, read, and tried: Seinheizer (or however it's written)
[latest model] is small, light, and simply superb clear sound. Bassel's view
might differ because he prefers a headphone with ear-cuffs that covers
the ear which totally makes sense, but i'd rather a small cuff: my head
looks like a bean between two grinders when the MDRV-700 is on so i'd
recommend seinheizer (or however its written): it looks cheap, nerdy, and
fragile, but it's a heavy duty headphone... i simply loved it. i'll be getting
it when my financial gear moves from 'P' to 'D'.

(of course in ur case, it means extra begging to the extend to offering BJs)
