huh?
man who said u should know the BPM of all ur tracks??
am saying how to get the BPM of a track ur playing in a fast way.
u HAVE to calculate the BPM, how r u gonna mix ur second or thrid track with the current playing one if u dont know the BPM of each ?!
u play a track and u wanna get in another one in the mix, u cue the second one in the headphones and say: mmmm this one look faster, lets make it slower....mmmm now its fine i guess, yalla n hit it up? shu mix abu 3antar howweh?!
for example:
you playing a track....the BPM is 135, 1 minute is left, u listen to the second track on the headphones, u calculate....its 138, u can actualy mix 135 with 138 but for a short periode, if u play those tracks together n mix them, it'll work fine for like 10 or 12 secondes then ur mix is gonna go wrong, unless u start slowin down the first vynil (or cd) everytime u feel the mix is hitin wrong, which is bad cus the audiance will feel it...
so u calculate....its 138.....mmmm pitch is dow....137....136....135 tak!
u search for the right beat, CUE! wait for the perfect moment and start ur mix, thats how it works.
thats one, now 2, if u wanna remix live, how are u gonna do that if u dont knwo the BPM of the original track and the BPM of the track u created??
aslan how did u created ur track?? ddnt u set a specific BPM for it?!
Dream boy u said; Well, for a talented Dj i guess knowing the bpm won't make any difference coz he can depend on his ears.
what is that suppose to mean bro? of course a good dj depend on his ear, but what is his ears for?? to listen to the beats and get the bpm so that he mix it with the other tracks pending...
for a moment, reading wat u guys wrote makes me wonder..... kind of shoked actualy, hmmm
ummm share me ur precious information and techniques and PLEASE write down to me exactly how u mix 2 tracks together or do a simple mix....
