It has been very , very quite here on TH lately ?? Whats going on ?? Where is everyone ? Where is the usual debate , MixFM , no Q Entertainment !! Nooo ... Polakovki is the best organizer ?? What happened to the energy in here ?? PVD rocks my socks !! nooo , you are sooo wrong ... dont every talk about PVD like that ??

I think that the students among us are busy with the approaching finals and that hits the forum at this time every year. It's a trend.

By the way Q, I've been meaning to ask you; how's all the psy aspirations I've been suggesting to you for the last few years coming? you never gave me a bottom line to it all. I remember you liking Ace Ventura, Ovnimoon, Nerso, and Ritmo. Have you built any psy momentum for there? And if not (and if you want to), do you want me to help? I'm a psy supercomputer fit enough to land on Mars, and been collecting psy for over.. damn... for over 9 years.. I just realised that! hah!

Cube was (and probably still is) work-in-progress on the psychedelic front but then his electro-mechanical engineered prospects clicked into full gear and I lost him in the works and Dion is... well... I don't really know anymore... He came to the forum on the post-apocalypse of J00F's gig like a recently deflowered 40-year-old and then he just vanished.

I've too much EDM to talk about and very few people to do it with...

Went to ASOT 450 in Toronto last Thursday - what an EPIC night that was.

And then on Sunday I went to Bal en Blanc... Basically it's THE party of the year in Montreal.

15,000 people all in white... I was there from 10:00 pm till 10:00 am.

Oh my god. Oh my god. I'm DEFINITELY coming back next year!

TH is not dead, but it surely is on life support. There's no more substance. The regulars are mostly gone and the mods are the only ones who are somewhat active. I'm not surprised. We just need new stuff to add to the website. Otherwise we're as good as gone really. Forums, IMO, are slowly fading away.

I suggest we turn this into a blog. Like Gizmodo.com or DJTechTools.com or any of those live blogs run by a group of people who post news items with the availability of comments and profiles. AND there are message boards

i am not going to even bother to comment on your post reemze !! Bas , hello back !!

Gen , lol ... i actually got alot of the stuff you recommended plus a couple of tracks ive heard here and there , and they sound kick ass ... especially the ovnimoon and ventura stuff . Chernikov is also not bad , and i actually like Kay D a bit , dont know if that is psy .

With me , i dont really keep my focus set on one type of music , if you know what i mean . I get anything and everything that sounds good to me , even if its called cucmber tech prog minimal fart house ! Bas i always check out your recommendation topics and threads and most of them kick ass !! i wind up getting them immediately . some 00.db tracks are also sick !!

Recently , i have been listening to one of my childhood hero bands , i dont know if you know them , they are called Roxette ! Wow ... the memories they bring back is redicolous !! They are sooo talented in my opinion , its sad we dont have such talent these days !

Social networking has taken over 2 years ago, and like Samer once said, people prefer posting pictures of their nightly outings rather than writing meaningful substance on forums. Which is fine until it sucks life out of those forums lol. TH is not dead, it's just the fact that the forums are so 2000, whereas the 2010's are all about twittering and social networking (and apparently now twitter has been inducted in webster's dictionary).

Most of us have been busy with their jobs (or job hunts) and as the years pass, time becomes more limited and our contributions to the forum suffer. But know this, we will keep contributing and posting, because unlike social networks, we are not limited by 140-letter posts or small spaces. So until the next gig or meaningful EDM-related event, which will happen sooner than later.
