Rare EDM Tracks/Releases/Singles

The EDM industry has been growing rapidly for the past few years and even though there are so many re-released tracks from the early 2000's (2001 to 2003/4) and early/late 90's with new remixes, there were also so many tracks that were released as Promos and/or White Labels back in the days when vinyls ruled the industry. Not to mention that there are some tracks that made it to the promo pool (loop or pool?) and probably never saw the light.

One of those tracks is simply:

DBA - 3D (DBA's Firerunner mix)

It was featured only on Ferry Corsten's Infinite Euphoria compilation back in 2004. I have pretty much looked all over the internet for this and found the vinyl of the Original mix as a promo. Bought it and shipped it to a friend of mine in the UK as a birthday present since he shared the same enthusiasm towards that track. I must admit that I have a vinyl rip of it. Yet, it still doesn't satisfy my need for the Firerunner mix.

very simple. when i first started listening to something else besides trance on a regular basis, and at home, there was one track I always heard out at house gigs. because of no MP3s, because I wasn't a DJ, it was so difficult for me to figure out the track and I could never find it. but back in 1997, 1998, this was played EVERYWHERE! Anyway a few years later, i'm sitting on a couch at The End Up in San Francisco when "The Baroness" (Resident DJ) played this. I ran up to her and begged her to give me the name of the track. and this is it:


Timewriter - Belief.

I own this on vinyl and MP3 now and I still listen to it. Once I've mastered this Logic Studio/Ableton 8 bullshit I'm remixing this motherfucker!

appears on my favorite warren GU Budapest. searched a lot 6 or 7 years ago to be able to find it. ended up finding a used LP online in a store in a small city in iowa, payed 40$ shipment and freight for the single

Anthony Rother - Red Light District

I've looked for it everywhere for years after giving it a listen on Tenaglia's Athens GU. I even looked for it in online stores to purchase it, but no result. But now it's in a special place in my library, and rightfully so.

Remember you guys the days of White Labels? Those were gold! It was such a privilege to own one of those vinyls and laugh at anyone else that didn't have them. I recall my friends in the UK used to brag so much whenever they bought a White Label or found one in a record store. They even took pictures with them if they couldn't afford those vinyls hahahaha. It's just like what many people do with Ferraris and other expensive cars.

However, I wonder why no labels would dig up these tracks and release them. Look at DBA - 3D. Such an awesome track by all means, and I'm sure the tracks you all mentioned are the same too! Why won't labels release them?

Speaking of unreleased tracks: Ferry Corsten - Everything Goes. It's not even part of the Right of Way album!

also i got a track for PUSH (most probably) that was on white label and never saw a release!! i have it but i have no idea what it's called.. i'll try to post a link for it so members could check it and maybe they can figure out its true name!
