Pioneer, since it's the industry standard. What you need is a mixer than you can master at home, so that when you go out for a gig you'll be able to perform comfortably and to your full potential. And since 90% of venues host Pioneer players and mixers, the 800 would be a wiser choice than the Korg in this aspect.
The exception would be some DJs like maDJam, who records his weekly radio show at home, and gets to take his mixer to the club where he's the resident, so in his case the A&H was the wiser choice. Or other DJs such as Sasha and PvD who specifically require A&H in venues for their Ableton needs, but when that's not available they settle for Pioneer.
But in general, I'd say Pioneer is the way to go for DJs like us. Most definitely my next mixer! Let me know what you decide.

i had the chance 2 use the 800 mixer for some brief time in the summer...another gr8 piece of technology by pioneer...i prefer not 2 vote since i never tried the korg mixer...even though u can clearly tell from the picture it gives u a variety of effects & other features...

^i wouldn't put the djm 800 against the zero8...
i think the zero8 would go against the A&H 3D!

Pioneer for me... easier to adapt, use and more or less "standard" so other DJs playing on the same night wont nag about not knowing how to use it.... only after we try the new Korg mixers should we re-claim which mixer we'll go for..
