^ But lack of recognition has been an on-going saga really. It's never surprising especially now, when there's so many DJs that your local falafel guy could turn to a DJ at night.

Take Raneem for example - he makes sweets during the day, then (and to the surprise of all the obese kids he's been stuffing with sugar) he goes and DJs at night...

He's like wonder woman, just without boobs.
That makes him like.... James Bond.

The results are weird though. I mean I wouldn't expect to see Zabiela and other people who play other forms of EDM in that poll since Trance Addict is actually a trance music community, right?

Plus I don't think the poll is going to affect any promoters' point of you. They might use it as further reference, but not as a marketing tool such as DJ Mag's Top 100 DJ poll, or The DJ List.
