Okay I know this has been debated in many other topics...but let's think it through...most of the members of the forum already know THEIR producer of the year whether it's Deadmau5, Marcus Schossow, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk(sigh), or many others...
Not to mention the house music producers that many of us on the forum respect and admire...
My own pick will have to be slightly different...after checking and checking again...for me there is ONE guy out there who has really blown my mind with every remix and production...and this guy isssssssss:......Chris Micali...seriously I loved everything this guy has done this year...and of all the trance and house producers out there he's by far my number one pick for producer of the year 2007...for all of those who don't know Micali make sure to check his myspace.com profile: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... 55860748...
His sound is mostly progressive but has a lot of tribal influences...you might wanna check his remix of Medway - Trauma...

Welcome to DJ.Malaria you may wonder why I called this group Dj Malaria.
Just like Malaria takes over a person's body when it hits them i want my music's originality to control the soul of whoever hears it in that sense my music is more powerful than Malaria,and I'm sure it will but in a positive way of
course.

Deadmau5, Sean Tyas, Marcus Schossow, Richard Durand, Aly & Fila, Leon Bolier...
These were basically the most active quality producers in 2007 !
