On Wednesday March 4th, in Club Bitterzoet in Amsterdam, Armin van Buuren’s on the road biography "Eén op één" was presented. In the presence of press, friends and family, Dutch disc jockey and good friend Ruud de Wild handed Armin the first copy of the book. Dancefoundation was there to record the presentation and had an exclusive interview with the writer of the book, Coen Bom. At the moment, the book is published as a Dutch version only, which will be available from the 5th of March at several Dutch bookstores.

The guy that wrote the book needs to realize that Armin is a DJ not a rock star, or close to being a legend yet, his biggest disappointment would be a sound system failure and accomplishment is ranking on top of DJ mag, his career is still too small for a Bio that is worth reading or paying money for, yes ASOT is huge and millions listen to it, Millions watch Jay Leno who happens to be full of shit, numbers mean nothing. (Assuming the success of asot is the reason that ticked his friend off to go on writing a Bio.) Other than that Armin didn't achieve anything outstanding that deserves a Bio, and if it's any informative i would avoid buying it and stick to whatever is on wiki to get some background on him.

^ I fully agree with you. The reason why i am thinking of buying this book is to see what the author wrote in it. What if this whole biography thing is an idea that the guy had just for Armin to be the first one to do it now 500% tiesto will be the next one to publish a book. Now i'm wondering what's next after biography books.
Who still has doubts that Trance will be mostly commercial in 10-15 years?
