Long a resident on SamEr's signature, F16 will finally get its release on 2Play, featuring an original, an original edit, and a remix from Mac & Mac.
In the original, it's all about the 4:03 mark really, as this is where the aural journey into the soundwaves of Trance begins: a massive hands-in-the-air breakdown loaded with energy and emotion, reaching its climax on 5:41 - the timeframe where the hands are dropped from the air and the feet begin to have their say. Not forgetting to mention the heavy acid bass work throughout the entire track!
Mac & Mac manage to deliver an exhausting techy buildup, followed by shorter breakdown than the original but one that delivers the same amount of energy, but as soon as the beat drops back, the teched-up sound just overwhelms you and you cannot, you just cannot, resist shaking in your seat!
The original edit is a just shorter version of the original, though not a radio edit as one would expect, but just a minute or so shorter...

Dio, many many thanks for the post. Only true trancers would know how valuable and magnificent this track is. I am addicted to it. The new Tech sound is worth exploring. I couldn't tolerate it in the past because I felt it was too monotonous. It has evolved greatly, that's certain.

i've been bouncing my head back and forth to this non-stop for the last 2 weeks. I LOVE the Mac&Mac remix as well, the original is killer. I need to be in a club when that F16 plane sound happens. Kick ass track from the one and only Mr. Patterson!
