Com.Pact Records strike again! After bringing us more than 10 different releases from compilations, to promos, to albums: then kick the year off with another superb compilation. The Natural Waves of Sound successful compilation series is back with its third chapter, compiled by Swiss based international DJ Phantomas.
This refreshing compilation series has been rocking the globe since its first edition saw light back in 2003, and has efficiently acquired the reputation of presenting new, fresh and innovative sounds, cultivated by fine, known and respected acts, along side promising new acts, ever since. Nine previously unreleased bombshell well oriented for the dance floor, including massive productions by respected acts. The compilation piles up tunes from the Com.Pact boys such as Cosmic Tone, Bizzare Contact, Lish, and my very favorite: Wizzy Noise delivering a blistering experience across the spectrums of psytrance. I specifically liked Wizzy Noise's remix of Lish - Slow me Away & bangy basslines of Sesto Sento - Tank Full of Gas. Although I'm a very picky listener when it comes to psy, I found the album very good with few tunes that didn't appeal much to me such as Zik Zak & Peaches on The Moon. Appart from that, a very good compilation that's definitly woth a listen!
