Woopdie Doo! A great progressive release for this year! Under the Somatic Sense Future Sounds, a sublabel of Somatic Sense Recordings, comes two tracks that are meant to capture ur proggy ear's attention.
Tracklist:
======
A1. 'Orange Line'
B1. 'Ra'
Release Date: 25-01-2006
Orange Line's bassline sounds awfully a lot like Markus Schulz ft Interstate ~ Peaches & Cream, but that doesn't matter because this track makes u forget what Peaches & Cream was all about. You probably heard the track on Dio's second set. Percussions just like you would hear on Alucard's tracks, nice phatt kicks with smooth hats. The breakdown is just as i wanted it to be ... smooth jazzy guitar intro then a flute melody right after it...continuing it to make the melody of the track along with a techy synth to mate.
Ra, different from Side A by a mile...or a nile! Bassline would be a soft, very low, pumping bass....more in the terms of "What If" for Hydroid ... but really low profile. Anyway, enough of the bassline...if u wanna really know how it sounds like...get a hold of it. From time to time u'll hear a male voice saying "Hah", very ... unexpected really. The breakdown consists of a smooth break-beat ... with synth effects and all the gibberish ... good one, but i'd go for Side A
Nile, Anton Chernikov, a name to watch out for!
