The first sampler from Schulzy's debut album has finally landed, and hopefully it won't be the last! Red Eye To Miami is an atmospheric breaker with echoing pads and a deep looping melody that consists of just a few notes that constitute all you need to get in a proggy mood. Next up is Travelling Light, a magical vocal trancer with a 4|4 steady beat, Markus' renowned basslines for which he is famed for, and again a simple yet effective melody that easily gets stuck in your head and starts repeating itself autonomously. Last but undoubtably not least is his own 2005 remake of his 1998 classic You Won't See Me Cry: again with the breaks (for the first couple of minutes), again with the vocals (even sweeter than Travelling Light), and certainly again with the pure Progressive Trance divinity that only a musical genius like Markus Schulz can envision, a track that cannot but be heard from the very first beat to the very last measure. This is Trance music in its most elevated state of being, it really can't get any better than this! A must-own sampler for all Trance... no, for all music lovers, period.
