Ronski Speed - 2day (A1)
Here's the first tune of the release. Melodic trancer with a groovy bassline. Typical speed's style, great buildup with various elements. The main melody is introduced at the beginning of the track (after 1:23 minute from the start) and the journey begins. Long breakdown at 2:20 mark when the melody starts fading in and out. The tune explodes again at 3:50. The second part of the tune is more interesting and probably the "climax" as a breakbeat kicks in out of nowhere with some enchanting uplifting vocals in the background. Great track, but there's something in the melody which i dont like, maybe you need to check it out!
Ronski Speed - IC
First track on the B side. Here's a good "progressive" tune, and which is something new from Ronski since i've never heard of him in the proggy scene . Dark buildup, warm pads, and a sweet but simple melody. A Dj friendly track; definitely a track to start your set with.
Ronski Speed - The Lights
Second tune on the B-side, and the best one in this release. I've been waiting for something like "E.O.S" or his remix of "Goldenscan - sunrise", and I did find my request!
Calm buildup with smooth elements. Again the main melody is introduced at the beginning of the track but sounds weak as it's lowered in volume. The melody becomes more powerful as we proceed, and soon as the enchanting vocals are added to it, and the final result is : PURE UPLIFTING GEM WITH A COOL SUMMER VIBE! Probably one of my favorate tracks in March so far..Get it!!!
