The way this baby starts off promises a dark progressive trancer: a semi-muted beat, dark echoing sounds, and taunting keys just leave you melting in anticipation. The bassline soon joins in after a minute or so, adding to the excitement but not to our patience! Some percussive elements later on follow and fly us on to the much-awaited breakdown around the 3 minute mark: half a minute of dreamy pads, followed by some very soft and dreamy keys, added to which is the prevoiusly-heard percussion, until everything is silenced for a while and the main melody appears out of nowhere, and brings back in the beat. Decent progressive material from 8 Wonders, nothing too mind-blowing but works great for the early moments of the night...

Espen decided to take a break from Likwit and collaborate with Starne on the remix of this proggy. A jumpy beat characterizes the buildup, with the bassline taking things to another level. The buildup keeps on progressing for the next 4 minutes, until the breakdown is announced with the melody, supported by a few dreamy pads, until the remixers decide to bring back in the bassline... by itself! Suddenly we are left with just the beat & bass, luckily not for long thought, for the melody is brought back in after just a couple of measures, and the progressive voyage takes off. A slightly more creative remix than the original, the kind of tracks you'd enjoy while cruising along the coast on a sunday evening...
