Despite the name, the light and airy B-side 30 Degrees At Midnight has an ice-cold feel to it, and makes for a less full-on alternative to its predecessor.
Very good release from one of the best new names in the Trance scene and one of Anjunabeats' most powerful new weapons. Following his last release on this label, Mount Everest, was never going to be easy, but he pulled it off in stunning fashion.
Both of these tracks were feature on Anjunabeats Volume 7, so you can kind of predict what all the fuss is about.
Downhill is massive uplifter with plenty of energy that is sure to bring any set to its peak. On the other hand, 30 Degrees at Midnight is calmer, more suited to opening for the previous track, yet is very, very good on its own.
A must for any trance fans. I've been waiting for this one for a very long time.
