Liquid Soul - Synthetic Vibes

Every once in a while, I stumble into a few prog-psy releases. Some are
minimal, others are more lively, and others are just floaters that fail to get
my attention. In other times, I get a tune or an album that stands out to
the true meaning and tempo of progressive influenced psytrance. An
album that freezes in your ears and echoes and echoes. An album and
pronounces itself as a classic in your ears and you fail to renounce that.
Synthetic Vibes is one of those.
Liquid Soul is Nicola Capobiance of whom I have no record of his origins.
A producing chap with a healthy sound that never stopped to impress me
with his proggies in various prog-psy compilations throughout the past two
years.
Nicola finally releases his long-awaited depute album on Iboga Records -
and a hell of an album it is! Hope the samples would help out forward my
choice for this album - you might not like then because I had such a
difficulty trying to cut out the interesting parts of the tunes and I don't
think I was fair enough in doing that.
Synthetic Vibes is an album of which I enjoyed most of its tunes
differently. Starts with a few minimalistic tunes to then pick things up and
flung along nicely.
A well-deserved 9/10 on my scale.
Beautiful!
