Paski ~ Rain Clouds

Whether Some Of You are Unfamiliar with Paski , For More Information about The Artist.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here you go , another good release from Paski a.k.a Pascal Touset , one of the most talented Dutch Djs/Producers when it comes to Progressive Trance Music. Pascal Is known by his typical way in producing/remixing tracks , every thing has to do with emotions that can lead your head to a side which is purely trancy. The release contains three hits : the Original Mix , Cressida Remix , and Kris O’Neil and Mac Remix.

The Original Mix is all about smoothness and sweetness , and this is all because of the gentle beats that keep on showing all over the track . In addition to all that , the melody behind piano riffs is quite emotional . Mainly the embellishing element in the Original Mix is the beautiful breakdown , including the same style of piano sound , and turning the track to a more subtle style , the style which never stops increasing in our heads , specifically the Progressive sound.

Nothing Much to add to the Cressida Remix since it has a style which is very close to the Original Mix .Yet while listening to it , you will notice how much crispy the tune is , even though piano riffs are still always present : reaching the brisk bassline , heavier beats are included in addition to the cutting breakbeats - melody is still always increasing , and therefore the remix looks so good with it’s different/unique structure !

Finally , another remix from Kris O’Neil & Mac Remix , a remix which can be simple for few persons , and pretty nice for others. As for me , I found this good , yet this remix is quite different than both the Original and Cressida’s Remix , it is distinguished by it’s swifter beats , adding funkier elements to it in addition to a nice melody set at the background , so even piano riffs are much swifter , and more energetic.
Though I’d prefer Cressida’s on both Original and Kris O’Neil & Mac Remix.

I’m really looking for more of Paski’s work in the near future , either through remixing or producing , especially that almost every single Re/mix includes the typical-Pascal-Piano-breakdown.

Personal Rating: 6.5/10

I will definately check out this release. The remixers are very well known for me and definately have my liking.

*saved for personal opinion*

EDIT:

FCK ME ... I LOVE THE CRESSIDA REMIX! The bassline is the same-what as "Air For Life". Brilliant ... though the original and cressida mix are very low in 'uplifting' ... it's got a great atmosphere though. Original kicks good butt ... got some breaks in there :)
