Goa Nation Festival is one of the most popular Goa festivals in Germany and the world and this 3rd installment of their series will never fail to impress minimal and progpsy fans. Loved every bit of it but there are some tunes that were more catchy than the others for sure of which samples are provided for them. Although the album didn't feature a lot of promos or unreleased tunes for most of the tunes have been around quite a while, but it really is an album most definitly worth of a visit. Starting off with a bit of a sleezy intro with Ticon - Six Years After taken from Ticon's album from last year, Symphonix (who compiled the CD), goes into slamming some housey tunes from Andre Absolut and Becker & D-Nox who are having such a breakthrough since late last year as well as Tim Fishbeck. The 2nd CD would be more pumping but still within the proggy zone: superb intro by Vibrasphere's remix of Meller - Aurora, followed by Andromeda - Sensations (taken from their late album last year entitled 'Sensations' as well), a lovely gem by Chakra: Opacity that have taken quite a deserved hype since many psy DJs have been hammering this tune starting by none but J00F on to Astrix, Pixel & Dometic. Neelix and Symphonix' personal touch was also added to the album from his tune 'Shut up' to ceal the deal for a truely excellent prog session.
Lovely album, not sure if it would be the type for most of you - but it is for me. Progressive fans must give this album a listen.
