Oh dear!! Finally! My favorite tune from ISOS4 is out! I have been waiting for this Junkie XL remix of 'Ur' for ages! For some reason the original never appealed to me when it first came out on the Just Be album. But the strings in this version makes the track much more appealing, emotional and magical. I'm sure you all know this track from ISOS4 CD2 so no need to describe it!
Flip the vinyl and you get a beautiful Leama and Moor mix of "A Tear In The Open," which also was first featured on the Just Be album. Usual L&M bassline, catchy melody, and well edited reversed vocals. Although all Moor/L&M tracks are similar, you can never get them bored of their style almost opens a new sub-sub-genre of progressive trance!
I hope this track gets out with a dub version. Although I love the edited vocals, the original vocals also played here dont reallya appeal to me! Lovely tune none the less and expect it to be dropped by Andy this weekend
