So many gr8 releases so far, and this one is simply mind blowing!! A big melodic/uplifting trancer over here by Eterna a.k.a (Perry O'neil) released under the UK label "Spectrum Sounds".
This track was already produced back in 2003 by "Locust" (also a Perry Oneil Alias) which some of you might recognize from the track "st. john vs. locust - mind circles", so the new "Valley Of Love" is only a remake.
The "original mix" starts with a funky bassline accompanied by some tribal sounds in the backround for about 1 minute when the buildup becomes darker. A small part of the main melody is introduced before the major breakdown. The breakdown hits at 2:52 mark were u get to enjoy this dreamy melody...ADDICTION TO THE MAX!! Beats join again and mingles with the melody to deliver a 10/10 track!
The "Vascotia vs. Kimito Lopez Remix" was supposed to be released in september 2004 and is probably the best version of the track. The team managed to make the track more groovier than the original. A harder and darker buildup will drive the crowd nuts, with a small twist in the main melody. But in general the construction of the track is the same as the original mix.
You'll also find a "Luke Terry" remix, but not much superior as the first 2 versions except when it comes to the breakdown. A goosebumpy synth follows the breakdown will take you high, but you won't enjoy the melody because Terry has concentrated more on the beats and other elements while leaving the melody in the background more like "fading out".
