HOLY SHIT! This is a must buy!!!!!!
Robert Burns, well known Tech-Trance producer, is back with another motherfucking bomb only this time he collaborated with the great ol' progressive producer Hydroid. This is one of the very few tech-trance tracks that grabbed my attention the instant it started. The reason I bought this was due to the curiosity of how amazing the outcome of those 2 producers would be!
01- Original mix [ 8:18 ]: The kick drums used in this track are INSANE! The target playing of this release is strictly for clubs! What a bomb! I have never been so over-hyped over a tech-trance trance before! ZOMG!!! The original mix starts off with those beautiful thick kicks heading all the way to the first minute where the bassline just walks in and blows your brains away!! I liked the dark feel that this track has until the breakdown... See the breakdown gets you all euphoric 'n all but suddenly it's interrupt by really thin kicks that build up along with the dirty, dark bassline meanwhile the main melody fades in until.......I quote TRANCED "BAM BAM BAM!" The original mix is a very mental and sick track that would fill up the dancefloor with this dark atmosphere. Enough said really here.
02- Dub mix [ 7:12 ]: The track is a replica of the original mix except that the main melody in the original mix was substituted by a very filthy, electronic, and LFO'ed noise. A lot of ideas and effort have been put into this track. Bottom line is, the dub mix is for your ears to indulge, while the original mix is for your feet to dance to.
All in all, great release and this is going to be one of my favorite tech-trance release of 2007 if nothing follows it up. As much as this release is amazing, I would die to listen to a Maori remix of it!
