Probably there are lots of beautiful tracks that deserve to be in the Top 20, but this poll is based on people's votes and opinion; and I guess they usually remember the fresher tracks and as Samer said as well in ASOT's top 20 thread: " easier tracks get to make it to the top! it's all been the way.."
This doesn't degrade though the tunes that have made it to the top.. on the contrary they're all excellent tracks!
