Sucks that Zidane had to leave his career with a bang, but in that scenario ... i totally understand what he did. He may have regretted doing it 'for his career' ... but i doubt he really regrets it for what he felt at that time. I'd still say that Italy won the cup ... but France did give them the hardest time. It was almost an exact replica of the "England vs Portugal" match with 'Rooney''s misbehaviour.
