With all due respect, very few people would've ever imagined that Team America would pose a threat on the Azzuris the way that they did, and so relentlessly, last night.

Last night's match was killer. And with just NINE men on the field, I think the Americans endured and achieved a buttload. Maaad props to that.

Man of the match? DeMarcus Beasley. Why so? He proved doubters of America's initiatives throughout the match VERY wrong. The guy was just all over the place and along with Donovan and McBride, took the team to new heights. He played up, moved forward, and he took his team with him.

I'm a Czech supporter, but let's be honest here, Ghana displayed some exemplary gameplay. I was disappointed, and Ghana's defense drove me absolutely NUTS, but whatever the better team deserved its win. Peter Cech <-- this guy's a hero

man i ve missed all yesterday's games ...very disappointed with the czech republic...they compromised their chances...but lets not 4get that they r playin without their 2 main strikers barros & koller & lokvenc is far from bein their best player...but after seein ghana against italy i was expectin them 2 deliver gd games but i didnt think that they will win against a team like czech republic(ujfalusi's red card was a big factor in my opinion)...as 4 italy anythin else than a victory would be a major disappointment...i saw the gamecard too:3 red cards???????man i dont know if its me but r the referees somehow exageratin with specially the yellow cards????i mean let these guys play & display gd performances since millions of ppl all around the world r watchin...frantz beckenbauer said it 2:he thinks the referees r givin 2 many yellow cards...as 4 portugal they won like expected against iran...no surprise whatsoever...

just wanna say 2 full respect 2 all the african teams...cote d ivoire were eliminated but their overall performances were quite gd against 2 of the worlds best teams...angola got a draw against the number 4 team in the world(fifa classifying) & still have a lil chance 2 make it 2 the next round...togo gave a gd performance against south korea but lack of luck & experience cost them the game...ghana have a historic chance 2 make it 2 the 2nd round & i have strong faith in them that they will do it...tunisia deceived me in their 1st game i m expectin more from them in their 2nd game

so far all the underdog teams gave honorable performances...most of them will leave the competition in the next few days but they ve got a worldwide respect imo...

2nite croatia faces japan & brazil faces australia in a very tricky game...2 words:look out brazil...their per4mance against croatia worried me & they will face a very ambitious team of australia who can surprise them...& the day will end with france's game against south korea(a win is an obligation 2 the french squad hopefully we ll see in this game malouda & trezeguet & lets hope the french will finally score again in the world cup )

Brazil played awesome unlike last time specially the second half australia had lots of chances to score too but the best players win Fred hepled too nice moove by the coach i didn't excoet that from Fred IMO scored the same minute he got in Ronaldo should not play but yalla they got their "play" now started dancing real samba and France scored their 1st goal since 98 loolll awefulll
