If your trance was a pretty blonde ballerina; then what I listen to is a peed-off bulky bouncer pounding the living shit out of your ballerina.

^ Italians are rubbish at rugby... and they will be for a fairly good time.
Rugby isn't big in Italy anyway, It's not like in France or the gaelic countries.

I didn't target Italian football... I said the likes of Italians... Italians are just an
example, it's not only them, and then again there are others that are so
different in the style of play. I just hate dramatics on the field, and they seem
to be doing that more often than others lately... It's not a cliche, just a fact.

oh, and i've no clue what this 'el 7a2 3al tellian' proverb's about so I won't
respond to it.

I'm with Gen on this one...& let's face it...where do we encounter the biggest problems crowd-wise & league-wise...Italy...previous week's incidents with the murder of Gabriele Sandri show how much extreme can the Italian public be & let's not forget the corruption problems...but Italy remains a big nation of football but myself I don't like the example it's setting for other leagues around(there are far worse cases of corruption in the world...but the Calcio happens to be one of the most covered leagues in the world thus the importance of every non-footballistic event related to it)...too much money & globalism ruined football...as much as I love Arsenal I find it weird seeing them play without any English player in the starting line-up...same goes to Inter...

^Crowd violence in Italy is heavily related to politics. Remember Paolo Di Canio's Fascist salute against Roma a couple of years back, when he was playing at Lazio? Crowd trouble is very common in Italy & something should be done...
As for the foreigners in Arsenal & Inter or any other team... well the coach's job is to win games for his teams, not produce homegrown players, that's what they are paid for... & I think that talk of limiting the number of foreigners in every team is just bulls***. It dont do anything to improve the level of homegrown players, on the contrary it allows players who wouldnt have played to play, making it easier... Being surrounded by foreign players makes it more competitive & ensures that homegrown players should be good enough to play

I did not say it was wrong I just said it was weird...Arsene Wenger is very right when he is asked about that issue...instead of criticizing the coach for choosing the best players even if they are not British he said that the English people should stop defending the mediocre ones...let's face it the best English players are the one who form the starting line-up for the national team...dig deeper and you find a dangerous lack of talent...let's hope that the Euro 2008 elimination will be seen as a wake-up call for the English federation who will try in addition to having the best league in the world have the best policy when it comes to youth...I honestly believe England has the best midfielders in the world but Steve Mac Laren is a very mediocre coach whether it is with clubs or on a national level...Mourinho for England??HELL YEAH...an A-Class team needs an A-Class coach...Lampard & Gerrard will bounce back and believe me this elimination is simply a minor set-back for these guys...let's just hope Kasper Schmeicel will choose the English nationality because I just cant see Paul Robinson in an English jersey anymore...

Sepp Blatter talked a few days ago about putting quotas on foreign players in the leagues. He mentioned that he wants teams to have 6 local players and 5 foreign in the starting eleven (well not exactly these numbers, but to have more locals than foreigns). But he forgot one major thing. One of the basic rights an EU citizen has is to look for a job anywhere he desires. Putting quotas would be against this right. So forget it.
And yes it's true, England doesn't have that many talents as France or let's say even Brazil. Walcott? I think he needs time, or he's just another normal player. Why the EPL has such a high level of football? Mainly thanks to (or because of?) the foreigners playing there. Look at the recent young talents of France: Nasri, Benzema, Ben Arfa. All 3 in the last 2 years. Ribery before them. Who was the last young talent discovered in England? I think Rooney and that was in 2004!
Like i said before, if England doesn't wanna miss World Cup 2010, they better get a really good coach and improve their level cuz Ukraine can do something. McLaren is only good for average league clubs.

Again I'll say it an A-Class team needs an A-Class coach...but about this whole France vs England comparison I honestly believe there is no comparison between the 2 squads...France have a much compact team and Domenech(an A-class coach) has a lot to choose from(Goalkeepers:Coupet-Landreau-Mandanda/Defenders: Clichy-Abidal-Evra-Squillaci-Mexes-Thuram-Gallas-Givet-Reveillere-Clerc-Sagnol-Sagna- Midfielders:Toulalan-Vieira-Makelele-Diarra(Alou & Lassana)-Malouda-Ribery-Govou-Nasri-Ben Arfa-Valbuena/Strikers:Henry-Benzema-Anelka-Trezeguet-Saha and I'm missing a lot I know)...England is right now the weakest link in Europe and I think Ukraine want to qualify for the world cup 2010 to prove that they are worthy having Euro 2012 on their homeland...And Kamil did you say "3 talents"??may I say that no country in Europe gives as much talent as France on a yearly basis(even though you have world class talents in Germany Italy and Holland but France is one step ahead)...the way I see it it will be a very interesting qualifiers...

1- It's Roonaldo87
2-It's Mourinho not Mourihnio
3- If winning a Champo League with Porto, a team with a tight budget, and then ending the Utd-Arsenal duopoly in the premier league by winning two premiership in a row, and coming 2nd in the 3rd, all this without knowing a home defeat for five years makes you a bad manager, I'd love to see the good managers
