Our team and I got accepted at the Redbull Flugtag competition that will be held in Kuwait on Friday, November 2nd 2007. From hundreds of teams that have applied, 60 had to be picked.
The design & diagram of our plane has been approved, we have started to build it! I am sharing the logo of our Team, called, “THE PHOENIX”, which is the name of the plane.
These are the UNIFORM TSHIRTS for the team.
About Redbull Flugtag:
Flugtag, or “flying day” in German, dares creative individuals to pilot their homemade flying machines off a six-meter high ramp and into the blue yonder – or, as is more often the case, directly into the waters below. Selected teams of up to five members each will be chosen to soar over Marina Waves shores.
The first Red Bull Flugtag ever held in the Middle East was in the UAE in 2005 where it gathered 30 flying teams and around 32,000 cheering spectators; offering a mix of invention, wit, and competition battle, against the backdrop of the city’s famous Creek shore.
