Thomas Datt is from New York city, that also is home to the new American superstars Filo & Peri. In the mid 90s, he started to sample all kinds of Rave and Euro dance music and soon he realized after getting a taste of so many different genres, that trance was his future.


He was inspired by DJs like Paul van Dyk, Tiesto and Ferry Corsten. Soon he started to set up a home studio and tried to learn computer software. He then tried at finding record deals.

His breakthrough came in 2003 when trance.nu was hosting a remix competition for the track “North Poleâ€
